Our storage is containerised, not open-shelf. Your belongings are wrapped, loaded into a dedicated wooden container and sealed once — at your home or at our depot — then not handled again until they come back to you. Everything is held in our own warehouse at the Quarry Logistics Complex in Godstone, so nothing is farmed out to a third-party self-store unit across town.
Most people who store with us are mid-move: a sale that completes before the purchase, a chain that slips, a renovation, a spell working abroad, or downsizing and deciding what to keep. Because we’re a removals company, our own crew collects across Surrey — from family homes with awkward lane access to upper-floor flats — packs and inventories everything, and redelivers when you’re ready, whether that’s next month or next year. A free video or in-home survey lets us see the volume and access. You then get a written, itemised quote covering collection, packing, storage and redelivery, with nothing added later.

Can I access my belongings while they're in storage?
Yes, by arrangement. Because your goods are sealed in containers rather than an open unit, we’ll retrieve your container for access, so just give us a little notice.
Are my stored belongings insured, and how secure is the site?
Storage insurance is arranged and confirmed on your quote, and the Godstone site is monitored around the clock by CCTV and a Red Care alarm. Everything is handled by our own full-time crew.
