How much does a house removal cost?

It depends on the size of your home, how much you’re moving, and the distance. We provide a fixed quote after a free survey.

As early as you can, especially during peak season (summer and end-of-month dates). Two to four weeks is ideal, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice. Get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Yes. We offer full packing, part packing (fragile items only), and self-pack options where we supply the materials. Our team uses professional-grade wrapping, tissue, and boxes – the same materials used for international shipping.
It happens more often than you’d think, and we’re used to it. If your dates shift, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll rearrange. If there’s a gap between moving out and moving in, we can store everything securely at our Godstone depot until you’re ready.

Yes. We can provide move protect cover and carry full public liability insurance. We’ll go through the details with you during the survey so you know exactly what’s covered. If you have particularly high-value items, we can arrange additional cover.

Absolutely. We have a dedicated piano removals service and handle antiques, artwork, and fragile items regularly. Each piece gets specialist wrapping and handling. For pianos specifically, we have a separate enquiry form.
